It has provided a great corrective to the authoritarian, self-serving, dominating, power-based leadership that many people experience. But it often leans heavily toward the “servant” side and not so well towards the “leadership” side.
We define transformational leadership this way: Producing change and building lives, through authenticity, inspiration, empathy, and innovation. THAT’S workable and sustainable! 🙂
